Where Why Pay a Lawyer? Comes In
At Why Pay a Lawyer? we help you through the entire process.
Step 1
Fill out our pre-screening form that gives WPAL your basic contact information including the nature of your personal injury case, comments you have regarding the case, name, phone number, email address and best time to contact you.
Step 2
Decide what type of personal injury case most closely fits your situation, and select it from the "Schedule a Personal Injury Call" page, or select other and describe in more detail under the "comments" section so that we may know how to best help you through your legal issues.
Step 3
After you have sent us the form (email, fax or you may bring the form to our office), we will contact you to either set up a phone conference or an in-person appointment to establish exactly what your case entails. At this time we will let you know what type of documentation we need from you, what records, accounts of the situation/incident, and we begin our intensive investigative process while you get us the requested/required documentation.
Step 4
After we finish our investigation, receive all records and documentation from you, and have all the information at hand - we are able to evaluate your claim. We will contact you to let you know what our evaluation is and what your options are at this point.
Step 5
With a licensed claims adjuster on staff, we are now able to negotiate with the insurance company for you!
Step 6
Once negotiations are complete, we will contact you and let you know what the final steps are in your personal injury case.
